Niue is a small island nation in the Pacific and many people know it for the coins it issues. The piece offered here is actually a silver round which is not legal tender, but it was issued by Niue in 2022 as a part of The Awakening series. This round features the House of Cards design, which is the fourth design of the series. Mintage of each design in the series is limited. This silver round is part of Niue's The Awakening series. This piece weighs 2 troy ounces and is made of .9999 fine silver. The maximum mintage is no more than 20,000 pieces.
House of Cards Design Obverse:
This side of the round displays the House of Cards design. Rough waves fill the background. The cards in this design are actually various pieces of paper currency. The house is perched precariously on top of two pillars that reach just above the waves. Reverse: The reverse of this round shows the common design for the series. The central portion of the design depicts the All-Seeing Eye on top of a pyramid. The date and silver content are inscribed on the lower portion of the pyramid.
